The course introduces students to business and marketing concepts. Students will learn the 4Ps of marketing and marketing tools that are commonly used by decision makers to retain and increase customer satisfaction and shareholders value.

 

On successful completion of this course, students are able to:
  1. Understand and appreciate the roles of business functions
  2. Explain the role of marketing in business and society.
  3. Describe and interpret marketing strategies based on product, price, place and promotion objectives.
  4. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of marketing.

  1. Business Environment
  2. Data Analysis for Business
  3. Introduction to Data Analysis using Excel
