Mode of Assessment
30 mins theory assessment, comprising a total of 30 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
Passing criteria is 50%
If a candidate fails, he is allowed a 2nd attempt (on a different set) on the same day

Certification Obtained and Conferred by
Upon passing a theory test, participants will receive a Statement of Test Results.
This will enable them to apply for a Hazardous Materials Transport Driver Permit (HTDP) from the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).
