Students will learn how to create insightful short video content in a broadcast studio environment. They will be exposed to basic camera fundamentals as well as acquire video shooting and in-camera editing techniques.
On successful completion of this course, students are able to:
- Understand the basic operations of a video camera
- Manage playout, transmission and other broadcast processes to deliver content through linear programming
- Manage a live studio production
- Deliver news stories to the audience for various video formats
