Creative problem solving and innovation skills are in strong demand in today’s competitive marketplace and complex workspace. With the right application, one can drive innovation and productivity to sustain the organisation productivity or simply to resolve problems at the workplace.
Upon completion of this module, participants will learn to take a structured approach to problem solving. They will also learn how to use creative and innovative concepts to devise solutions to address an issue at hand or even innovate for their organisation.
