This is a foundation course where you will learn the basic concept of enterprise risk management. The course is substantially activity-based. Through peer discussions and role-plays, you will apply the risk concepts in a risk planning exercise, to develop a risk management plan. This is a synchronous course conducted fully online on Zoom.

- Understand and implement control activities.
- Understand the different risk responses and translate them into risk action plans.

- Document, track and monitor risk management outcomes for different stakeholders.
