“Courageous Conversations powered by ROHEI” is a programme that attends to current and pressing needs of managers to rethink their roles and responsibilities to build inclusivity and be more effective in times of uncertainty and change.
Managers, team leads, business owners and supervisors need to conduct difficult conversations with their team members. Although difficult conversations cannot be avoided, they can be successfully managed to achieve positive outcomes. This requires specialised knowledge and skills to effectively negotiate communication obstacles. The goal of this course is to empower professionals to resolve difficult relational issues, ask the right questions and facilitate the uncomfortable but necessary conversations to reach a healthy resolution and achieve breakthrough for the organisation.
Using the Cynefin framework as a tool, managers can make sense of different operational and strategic realities and the dynamics between relationships and results. This helps managers achieve greater clarity to courageously engage staff in conversations for greater inclusivity, collaboration, alignment, and improved trust levels in the organisation.
