Growing Your Career in Human Resource by MDIS

This workshop will help participants explore their career objectives in the field of Human Resource. Participants will be able to explore the broader perspectives of each Human Resource discipline, and how to drive value through these disciplines.

The workshop will be highly interactive, to bring realisation to the participant on differing view of Human Resource from stakeholders. Participants will benefit from the facilitator’s 30 plus years of Human Resource experience. He will use the experiences from his Human Resource journey, from entry-level Personnel Officer to Regional HR Head for Asia & the Middle East, to help participants understand their respective responsibilities in Human Resource.
